If I could give them zero stars I would. Our boats Optimus PCM went out and Steven through Caribee told us that he would overnight a new one for us to save our vacation. He kept saying it was out for delivery all day today and we waited around until 5 pm only to find out that he lied and did not pay for overnight shipping on it (We have the UPS tracking confirmation that shows it was not overnighted and likely won’t arrive until Monday). The best in business for anything boat related! Matthew Morillo did an absolutely amazing job for new upholstery, repairs, lighting, etc. with our boat and very reasonable pricing. Megan was so friendly and fantastic when scheduling. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at the parts department. The guy who helped me, Steven, was really patient and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain things and didn’t make me feel rushed even though I asked a million questions. It’s not every day you find that kind of service. I’ll definitely be back to Caribee for anything else I need.
I just purchased a new boat from Caribee. Extremely happy. They were great to deal with. 100% customer satisfaction. Megan our sales rep was fantastic to work with. If you are considering a new boat I would recommend checking out Caribee. You guys made everything so easy. Just a great experience!!
