I’m new to Charlotte and today I visited this salon for the first time and I will be a repeat customer!! The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. Rosie was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job! I was very impressed with the results of my hair. Not only is she beautiful outside but she is beautiful on the inside too. Updating my review based on the salons response : I think they did a pretty good job with the nanoplasty treatment , the sew in was OK but I was a bit disappointed with the cut of my extensions , it wasn’t aligned with the pictures I showed them. They have good customer service and the place has a nice vibe
