They charge midsize trucks as large trucks. I asked why and the young man said they have always charged that way. I told him in the past they charged me for midsize, I asked for the manager and stated he was in charge because his mom owns the car wash. He was not professional, was disrespectful. Did not care about loosing long time customer. I went down the street to Mister Wash and paid for the same service for $10 less. Not sure if they have new management but very disappointed.
Love these guys! They take such great care of Whoa!
