Caribbean Soul is by far the best Caribbean food I’ve had in Rhode Island. Their sauces are out of this world. Beef patties are top notch! Highly recommend stopping if you see their food truck Sunny’s Doubles. Prices are great and you get so much great food.

My husband and I have been getting prepared meals from Caribbean Soul for 2 months. The meals are custom made to our needs and are delicious!! We have been having them for lunch and dinner. The seasoning is so perfect and expertly done. I am not a cook, but I can appreciate a good meal AND the fact that making my lunch has become extremely easy :) It is a time and money saver for sure because I don’t have to do meal planning or grocery shopping. I absolutely loooove the food from Carribean Soul! It never disappoints. I especially love Doubles (A Trini Street food consisting of fried dough, topped with chick peas and various seasonings. Food is the best in Prov just amazing! Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. Catering options are perfect for my University events and plates are perfect for nights that I don't wanna cook and want homemade authentic food that tastes good. Always my go-to!
