Pools are outdoors and heated. Clean, spacious apartments. Warm service from the team.
Recently had a 3-night stay with the whole Mackay Stingers Dragon Boat Team (competition in Kawana) and we honestly cannot fault our stay. From the moment of check-in, right through until we checked out, everything was perfect....we could not have asked for better service. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and had everything that we needed. Very rude and abrupt on site manager, felt like i was at school camp being watched, some other reception staff were friendly but felt unwelcome by the on site manager as she was rude when asking questions and when checking in.
What a wonderful place to stay. The staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are so clean and well appointed. We had a room overlooking the pool which was awesome. We will definitely be back.
