We had been reasonably happy with our pool for the past few years. We developed a leak a couple weeks ago. I made several calls to Phil and Mark. I received a text telling me they would be here on Monday. No show No call. Sent several texts and left messages finally got a call and was told they were coming on Tuesday. No show No call. Finally came on Wednesday and they looked and didn’t find anything. Said they would follow up and try some other methods. Haven’t heard from them. Pool is dropping a couple inches a day. Phil, Mark, and the rest of the team at Caribbean Pools & Spas are top notch. We had a very custom pool design and they absolutely crushed it. It took them about two months from start to finish, which is super impressive in the dead of summer. They managed the project, worked well with the other contractors on the project, were on time and on budget (with a few excellent extras that they recommended along the way), and picked up the phone when I called them. Debby (the recent storm) wreaked havoc on my parent’s pool. Mark responded w/in 24 hours and had, what we thought was a big problem, fixed in 15 minutes. Can not thank him enough for his timely response and professionalism. We are all very happy to have the pool swimmable again.

Phil and Mark were absolutely fantastic to work with - very clear and prompt in all communications, helpful with pool design and state of the art technology. On time with build and super helpful post-build with questions about operation. We love our pool and spa! Highly recommend Caribbean Pool and Spas.
