Caribbean is the finest in ground pool builder in Wilmington. And what's just as great - 10 years later they still care about their product and customers. When something goes wrong, they're a text away. Mark Benton is the best!

Right from the start Phil Harris was the consummate professional listening to our input from what we wanted with our new pool. The whole installation process was exceptional. Mark made sure everything was done perfectly and is always available for any questions and concerns!! These two are wonderful team and we love our pool !!!
We had been reasonably happy with our pool for the past few years. We developed a leak a couple weeks ago. I made several calls to Phil and Mark. I received a text telling me they would be here on Monday. No show No call. Sent several texts and left messages finally got a call and was told they were coming on Tuesday. No show No call.
