We had our Liner replaced, new winter cover ordered and installed, Installation of a new pool light, Opening and closing of the pool was done. Our pool looks amazing now and they did an amazing job. Laney in the Schererville office was amazing to deal with, especially when I was not always the easiest to deal with. We have been a customer of Caribbean Pools going on 3 pool seasons now. We were previously on a seasonal maintenance plan but this year we opened and maintained on our own, going in to the Mokena location regularly for supplies and water samples. This morning our auto cover slipped off track from water weight and they were able to get a technician out same day to fix it for us. The technicians Nathan & Dave were wonderful. They have done a ton of work on my pool and have been very reliable. Their communication is excellent and they do high quality work.
Don't bother wasting your time or money with this pool company. Very unprofessional & the prices are outrageous for a company who doesn't even have employees that know what they're doing.
