Wish I could more than 5 stars!! These people are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. They are our 3rd pool/hot tub maintenance company because we have had trouble finding a company who shows up when they say they will and who communicates professionally. We live out of state and manage our rentals from afar so finding reliable people is top priority! Constantly dealing with leaks because of improper installation. Sent pictures to owner and got no response. Not standing behind your work is not good business. The issues we are having is with the poor plumbing that was done on the pool. As it settles the pipes are getting cracked and causing leaks. Again we have sent pictures and emails, but after that we get silence. Don't recommend
Caribbean Pools did an amazing job on our pool installation. Pete Kelly was easy to work with and the project was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this business!
The communication, installation and entire process from start to finish with Caribbean Pools was as magnificent as the pool itself. Pete answers the phone and shows up for every question. The quality of work is top-notch and his employees are friendly, informative and helpful. This was not an easy installation given the high water table on my property, but they made adjustments accordingly without costing extra days, which allowed us to open the pool without delays.
