Started well several years ago but ended quite poorly. Their “cleaner” filled paperwork as if he had done the work but left without doing anything. Didn’t know we were there watching. A call to management and they actually had excuses and defense— “wasn’t feeling well and was coming back next day”. Never addressed that the ticket was signed with the list of chores he allegedly did. Dishonest and fraudulent.
Very unprofessional, difficult to contact, requested a call back from the owner/manager which never happened. Would stay away.
This Service is run by a complete unprofessional. I would urge people to not use this company.
Unfortunately did not have a good experience, my friend owns a property for which he pays a monthly maintenance fee, and the pool has been underserved. We live in Massachusetts and having a reliable service from a local firm was of the essence, customer service was quite dismal and instead of trying to offer a solution to the problem, the firm mentioned they would no longer service the property.
