GREAT PLACE AND FOOD
The stew chicken wasn't fresh and was too salty. The portion was decent.
I Went in for AUTHENTIC jerk chicken And was given oven baked chicken with jerk sauce. After I specifically asked the woman if it was made on the grill. Anyone that's had AUTHENTIC jerk chicken know it will have some char and have a smoky smell as it's made on a grill . When questioned this lacking those things. She still said it was made on the grill. With not a grill in sight. Needles to say I will not be returning. Due to the disappointing experience n false advertising.
My Husband stopped by to grab himself a bite to eat after working all day. However, the food was mistakenly left inside. He was gone for three mins and turned right back around when he noticed he didn’t have it. When he got back to the store the staff proceeds to tell him he only left the malt drink and he took the food with him. Which was not the case. The staff was very dismissive. However, We will not be eating there again.
I'm a trvu driver and was sitting in Connecticut for a few days. Ordered the jerk chicken rice and peas and steam vegetables, peach cobbler,fried plantain and two coco bread. The chicken was hard like it was sitting all day. Rice was the same but it was not dry the vegetables were OK no seasoning. The plantain were cold like the were cooked around lunch time.
