Great Meat! – My first encounter with Caribbean Kitchen was at a booth at the Uptown Art Fair. I had the pineapple-rum glazed pulled pork as sliders - I since learned that they do prepared meals and pick up and cater and have used them for our luau themed party. Everything was great, we were very satisfied with the service and quality of food. I'll be on the lookout for it at the State Fair, and I would definitely get this catered.
