Leo was GREAT!! was thoughtful to call before appointment & said he would be 20 minutes late...BUT he showed up on time...i could not open window..leo was able to open & replace broken balances while at my home....therefore leo promised to repair , did repair in same visit and departed w/in 30 minutes...AND for the price he quoted on the phone...EXCELLENT JOB! Will only call leo for future window problems..
Just had 5 windows repaired by Leo. The tracks were old and some broken. The original locks were cheap and needed to be upgraded so the windows seal better. He only charged for what needed to be repaired. I will call again to have the wheels replaced on my sliding doors.
