NEVER AGAIN.. A few weeks ago i stumbled upon caribbean forest, and was truley impressed fish with their selection. However i purchased over $80 worth of live stock, and later found out that i did not recieve their discount card. Not only that but the fish i bought was diseased. (He had ick) and soon died, which gave all of my other fish ick. Lastly when i tried to get ahold of someone at their store to try and resolve this incident, i was told to call back and speak with a manager, so i tried to call back... but no manager ... read more
Knowledgable Staff We were trying to teach our boys about salt water fish, and the sales staff was very helpful in educating my son about the care and maintenance needed for these specialty fish. They had enough of a variety to hold my sons interest and they spoke to him politely. They answered all of his questions and were quite patient with him.
RecommendedThis is by far the best reef shop in rochester/ upstate area! Owners are very knowledgeable and extremely kind and friendly! Large selection of corals at fair prices, highly recomended!
The absolute best place to shop for reptiles and salt water related needs , you will not find a cleaner store with the knowledge offered here by the staff; The best I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away and I’ll be a frequent customer here!

picked up a couple new fish for my reef tank today and the lady that helped me out was awesome. She without even asking fed each fish I was interested in and was super knowledgeable on compatibility with my current ones. I was looking to increase the colors in my tank with fish and she went to each fish and explained everything in depth. I have done business with them before, but being a Buffalo resident it's hard to find time to drive out there, but definitely will continue making the trip, especially for the customer servi... read more
