Crook! She isn't insured. She threw us threw hoops on wedding location that we were about to take out our own insurance policy on location bc she didn't have insurance which would have costed us over $600. Finally after calling other caterers in FL I learned to stay away bc she isn't insured, and is probably praying for one of her staff to slip on property so she can sue.
