Unbelievable!
This guy took $12,000.00 from us and never did our pool installation. He has been charged with this theft plus many others. We may never see a dime of our money back , but I only hope that he at least does some time in jail. This is not his first time doing this.
UPDATE: Month 18: Perp was arrested in April, with Felony 3 charge (combining all the cases.) He made bail, but covers for family members, claiming sole responsibility. Case has gone to prosecutors, and carries up to 10 years TDCJ, plus restitution to the victims. Where did the tens of thousands of dollars go?
