I had a terrible experience shipping with J&J Shipping in Canada, which is connected to Global Shipping in Jamaica. I trusted them to ship my belongings safely, but when my items arrived in Jamaica, almost everything was stolen. This was a complete violation of trust, and neither company has taken accountability for the theft. Both J&J Shipping and Global Shipping are incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. If you value your items and peace of mind, I urge you not to use either of these companies. They cannot be trusted.

POTENTIAL CLIENTS BEWARE OF FRAUD AND MISUSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! These people are UNETHICAL and are trying to SCAM my retired grandmother out of her pension money. We paid CAD$230 to have two barrels shipped to Trinidad on July 19. To-date they never collected the barrels and are yet to return our monies. THIS IS THE WORSE MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE SINCE SHIPPING TO THE CARIBBEAN. PLEASEEEE PEOPLE DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SO UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT IT. YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT BEING CORRESPONDED TO FOR MONTHS AND YOUR BARREL WON'T BE SHIPPED OUT AT THE SAID DATE AND NO ONE WILL INFORM YOU. YOU WILL MAKE 2 TRIPS TO WHERE YOU ARE GOING AND THE BARREL STILL WONT BE THERE. THEY WON'T TAKE YOUR CALLS. THIS COMPANY IS A MESS AND SO DISGUSTING AT IT!!!

I think I made my biggest mistake by shipping my barrels with these people. They are the worst shipping fake company I have ever used. I want a full refund and the safe delivery of my barrels to its final destination. They lied about the date of shipping and then lied again saying it’s delayed and have the nerve to post up their policy and shipping agreement when I asked for a refund, I am going to see this company be fail and fall , I had things I needed in my shipment and had to spend other money in order to have my event.... read more
