This was the second time we've used these crooks for a delivery. They quoted me 6 weeks for home delivery and it took almost 14 weeks for delivery. More than $500 worth of goods was missing from my barrels when delivered to my cousin. Absolutely disgusting communication from all their brokers. I was given multiple brokers to chase because of the incompetency of Carib-Connect representative. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHE AND PLEASE SHIP WITH ANYBODY ELSE.

Unfortunately I can't leave anything less than a 1 star. Please do not ship anything with this company. Check the reviews on Facebook, check the better business Bureau site and the google reviews. This shipping company is one of THE worst ompanies I have ever dealt with. My barrel was suppoed to be shipped to Jamaica and we were advised it would take 6 weeks. From the jump start, I chose not to do business with this company. The person they have answering the phone, needs to get another job. His customer service skills are terrible. His tone was condescending and came across very impatient with no desire to assist. If this person is your first contact to the company. - Good Luck in the long term! Very unprofessional !!

I was disappointed with customer service and the lengthy process . Sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. I got so upset multiple times and I was so frustrated . When I went to collect my barrels the process was so smooth and I'm grateful for that. They handled them with care because I had no damaged goods so I would definitely use CCJ again. Thank you for your service .

This company is very unprofessional. My barrel was delayed for months and when I tried to call, they blocked my number. I had to use a different phone just to get through. When it finally arrived, valuable items were missing. I truly believe this is a scam. Do not trust them with your money or your goods.
