From the jump start, I chose not to do business with this company. The person they have answering the phone, needs to get another job. His customer service skills are terrible. His tone was condescending and came across very impatient with no desire to assist. If this person is your first contact to the company. - Good Luck in the long term! Very unprofessional !!
I was disappointed with customer service and the lengthy process . Sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. I got so upset multiple times and I was so frustrated . When I went to collect my barrels the process was so smooth and I'm grateful for that. They handled them with care because I had no damaged goods so I would definitely use CCJ again. Thank you for your service .
This company is very unprofessional. My barrel was delayed for months and when I tried to call, they blocked my number. I had to use a different phone just to get through. When it finally arrived, valuable items were missing. I truly believe this is a scam. Do not trust them with your money or your goods.
Extremely satisfied with the service I received. Found them very helpful, kind, friendly and efficient. Employees picking up my barrels were on time and polite and care with loading. I recommend this company to everyone for all your shipping needs
I had a terrible experience shipping with J&J Shipping in Canada, which is connected to Global Shipping in Jamaica. I trusted them to ship my belongings safely, but when my items arrived in Jamaica, almost everything was stolen. This was a complete violation of trust, and neither company has taken accountability for the theft. Both J&J Shipping and Global Shipping are incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. If you value your items and peace of mind, I urge you not to use either of these companies. They cannot be trusted.
