This place from the start was unprofessional, chaotic, and NOT safe to say the least. Melissa broke the rules numerous times. When confronting Cari about her mistakes she tried to say I authorized all of it which was very untrue. The facility alone was falling apart. You would think with all the money they are making off families they would have a nicer and CLEANER place. Open cans of paint were just sitting out when I would drop off my child. Unprofessional, supervisor is rude and stays in the middle of everyones business yelled at the kids. Avoid this place if at all possible..
Horrible experience. As a foster parent I have to trust these people during visits with their biological parents. They are supposed to be there for the safety of the children in an unbiased capacity. However Melissa Powell continuously breaks the rules and is rude. She allows the biological mother too much leeway leading to the kids being unsupervised at times. She also allows the mother to say and do what she wants, even though the judge invoked the childrens bill of rights stating no promises can be made to the children. I... read more
