As a senior citizen, retired professional, my experience here over the recent five sessions, I attended as a client of C, I endured a mixture of counsellor’s unprofessional dress (once- shorts and sitting in chair inappropriately legs crossed like a child), inattentiveness, forgetting major points from one weekly session to the next, not taking notes during my sessions, inept deductions, inability to summarize session to close helpfully, no useful insights, a waste of time for me and a waste of my insurance. Unprofessional, tried to reach out to them for years never got any help responded through text only and nothing ever came of it because they never called or anything. Nothing's ever available. I do not recommend this place.

This place from the start was unprofessional, chaotic, and NOT safe to say the least. Melissa broke the rules numerous times. When confronting Cari about her mistakes she tried to say I authorized all of it which was very untrue. The facility alone was falling apart. You would think with all the money they are making off families they would have a nicer and CLEANER place. Open cans of paint were just sitting out when I would drop off my child.
