Horrible customer service!!!! Scammers!!! Engine warranty is a joke, they have you send the vehicle to ``specific`` shops so they can have them make whatever information they want valid. The miles on the vehicle went from 174,000 to 176,000 during a tow I guess. They also overcharge ridiculously 8,000 dollars for a 99 Intrepid is outrageous.
Ever since we got our car the air went out water pump now fuel pump var hop won't fix it I'm disable if a place is to good to be true run
My husband and I went up to the one in St. Charles, and was able to drive away with a car but only the one he was approved for, which turned out to be a POS it broke down a month later also the car did not come with a spare tire, so we had it taken to there auto shop, the auto shop didn't have what they needed to fix it, so we had to wait longer to get it back, the title they gave us was misplaced so we couldn't get the car legal called UAC for a month trying to get the title year later still no title. went into the company today 12/23/2015 with an appointment and the letter they sent to my email about being approved when i got there i had all my paperwortk in order to get the car i picked out 2 hours later after filling out even more paperwork the guy comes back and tells me i didnt get approved for a car at this time i needed to come back in 3 to 4 months and try again are you kidding me almost every car on the lot had flat tires the cars were missing body parts most of them had 175 thousand miles if not more i make 3 th... read more
