This was the worst experience of my life. The customer service is non-existent; they will lie to you or omit information just so you will get roped into a contract for a car that will break down as soon as you leave the lot. Worst company ever, employees especially> They are not professional in the least.

They sold my wife a lemon. On day three after purchasing a vehicle (a 2012 Kia Sedona), after charging a phone ALL of the dash lights came on and the car would not start. A mechanic friend told us that the battery terminals were incorrectly labeled, and we contacted Carhop to resolve the issue. The instance could not be recreated by the mechanics, so WITHOUT TESTING FOR ANY ISSUES, the car was returned to us as a fluke issue. 9 months ago, I posted this review They said they would call and help me. I had a vehicle from them before this and out of 6 years never missed one payment. From today Monday April 21 2025 The van Still does not work. It died again last night in the middle of nowhere on me. It shows all the same lights as when we first got it. They have not helped me at all I still owe 5,100 on it as of today. I would never go here as the van was around 17,000. I have held off on doing this, but . For the love of god stay away from this company. I bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty from them. They are charging me 16000 dollars for a car that is worth 1700 at best. the car I took home the first night. after getting it home. Did not reverse. I had to take that car back the next morning. . I was looking for a used car to commute to and from work, and just to get around town. I contacted CarHop, and to my surprise they were genuine, transparent, and got a fast approval for me. They made my car buying experience stress free. They even stayed past closing to make sure I went home in a car and not the bus!

Sharri, Charley, Joseph and Cory are all amazing! They all helped me on different issues with insurance paying out my car and getting me into a new one! I give these guys 5 stars I absolutely love Christine, I had to have a knee surgery and I talked her bout my payments and she worked with me, this woman is amazing!

I was upset at first because the vehicle I purchased was given me problems but Nicole came to my rescue like Wonder Woman. Nicole went over all the specifics with me and got me in a good car.
