Ramiro of CarHavn lies beyond belief and my photos attached to this review confirm that. They rent cars through the TURO APP from their place of business. We reserved a non smoking car because we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids one of which has severe allergies and asthma. I am a mechanic who purchased a car from Carhavn. I may have been their most challenging because I dug deep that would give the impression the car is new and not used. Ramiro was patient and accommodating. I took the vehicle back with a sound I was hearing and knew how to trigger. He gave me a loaner vehicle didn’t repair and personally delivered the vehicle. I don’t normally write reviews, but Ramiro deserves one. He gave me an amazing deal on an even more amazing car. It has everything I was looking for and its in great condition. I can’t wait to put my twins in there. The entire process was smooth and Ramiro made sure to go over everything and address any concerns. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
