Honest review here. I rented a Cadillac with this guy. The car on Turo was advertised as having features that It did not have in person. Then today, the heat stops working on the driver side AND that’s without counting that they gave me a car that vibrates quite unsettling above 65mph. Also vibrates under breaking. I had just bought a gorgeous 2006 BMW 3 Series 324 XI from Ramiro(the owner) today and I can’t recommend them enough. Just last year he helped me get into a beautiful 2011 Audi A6 S-Line so as you can tell I am a frequent customer and beyond happy with the friendliness and overall experience that is him and his crew. Ramiro is so disrespectful and just wants to make a quick buck. I am so disappointed and won't be coming back.
I went here for car service and an oil change on a Land Rover. Ramiro was fantastic! His prices were fair and he took the time to explain the maintenance to me with visuals. You can tell he really cares and loves what he does. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area that needs maintenance on their European vehicle!
