Ramiro was great! He made the entire car buying process smooth and easy. He was very helpful and accommodating. He even let me take the car for a few hours to get a pre purchase inspection with a shop of my choosing. When I asked for a few minor repairs before committing to buy, he had them done within 24 hours! I got a great deal on used car! Highly recommend.

Ramiro of CarHavn lies beyond belief and my photos attached to this review confirm that. They rent cars through the TURO APP from their place of business. We reserved a non smoking car because we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids one of which has severe allergies and asthma. When my wife and I picked up the vehicle it smelled very heavy of cleaning products and air fresheners. I am a mechanic who purchased a car from Carhavn. I may have been their most challenging because I dug deep that would give the impression the car is new and not used. Ramiro was patient and accommodating. I took the vehicle back with a sound I was hearing and knew how to trigger. He gave me a loaner vehicle didn’t repair and personally delivered the vehicle.
