For the second time I go and the same thing happened to me they tell me that they are going to fix my car but that they are not sure that everything will go well and they deliver it to me anyway only that I already owe them more than $2000

Ramiro and Staff, provided excellent explanation and full transparency when it came to the work that had to be done and did a remarkable job. They thoroughly described what was wrong with my car, why it was wrong with my car, and what was needed to fix and maintain! Providing a complementary loaner vehicle for an extended period of time which was one of the many perks that not many others provide. I will be back to service my vehicle if anything goes wrong, as they have earned a loyal customer for life!
I have to say, I was truly pleased with the level of service I received. Carhvn definitely delivered five star service. The issues with my car were very stressful, but Ramiro was transparent about the work that needed to be done and kept me informed by sending photos throughout the process. Showing me the parts that were getting replaced by new parts. I was even provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made everything much easier. Great service all around, would definitely recommend
