Awesome customer service. I recently bought a heavyweight hoodie. Within a couple months the zipper came off in the wash. I know it was outside the return window but decided to go see if maybe they sold replacement zippers for it. They didn't ask for anything. They just took the old one and gave me a new to replace it.
