Awesome customer service. I recently bought a heavyweight hoodie. Within a couple months the zipper came off in the wash. I know it was outside the return window but decided to go see if maybe they sold replacement zippers for it. They didn't ask for anything. They just took the old one and gave me a new to replace it. Traci, Bryler, & Joshua were so helpful and kind! The store was packed since it was a few days before Christmas and they were running around all over place and still had smiles on their faces helping us find about 10 jackets. They went above and beyond. You guys have great employees!
