Noah is always super helpful and knows his stuff. We brought in a jacket that my grandpa had many many years ago and he knew exactly what jacket it was and how we can go about getting another one. It’s not sold in stores but he did what he could to figure out when it would be back in stock. Fast forward, we went back into the store and he remembered the jacket and told us it was back in stock and ordered it when the time came for us! Carharrt has a great employee on their hands!
I have shopped at Carhartt many times and always received exceptional service. You are always greeted the minute you walk in the store and the staff is very helpful. This past Saturday I was having trouble finding my size and they took time to check their back inventory with no issues and had exactly what I needed in a couple of shirts. They also took the time to order a couple of things not stocked in the store for me to have delivered to my house. Amazing service from Dave and his team, was greeted at the door instantly when walking in, they accommodated to my needs and showed me everything i might have liked, definitely walked out buying more just because of how friendly and amazing the atmosphere was in this store
