They were understanding and helped me out with my financing to where I could get a vehicle that mostly fit my needs.
I just called to ask this guy a question and he was rude and very smart with me so I won't be doing business with them.
Purchased a car a few days ago for my son in law. Kept saying it was a great price. Van being towed today after stranding my daughter and two grandbabies with a broke down transmission!
Went to look for a car, they sold a junker in poor condition that needed a hefty amount of repairs that had to come out of my own pocket. Repairs including, but not limited to, a replacement for the transmission, a completely new motor, a replacement oil pump. At this rate, finding a private buyer and not going through a dealership seems to be the more affordable option. And regardless of what they claim, it is their duty to ensure their cars are in good condition.
