They take a very long time to load, I don't recommend it, you have to open the door yourself, put the ramp in the trailer yourself, I don't recommend it at all

Very slow very rude
Nobody gave me good instructions on what to do other than what dock to back into. Nobody notified me when I was empty. I basically sat in a dock 2 hours longer than I needed to.
