I reached out to them 2 weeks before my move date and they told me they could accommodate it and to send them pictures of my space. I sent it to them and also sent some clarifying information. Then silence until 5 days before my move, telling me they can no longer accommodate my move. So unprofessional! I had to find some last minute movers. Recently used Cargo Cabbie for our move and was beyond impressed with their team. We had a difficult move (3-hour time window for elevators, tonnes of glass, art, and oversized pieces). The team was extremely careful, attentive and personable. Thanks again for making a typically stressful thing, that much less stressful.
