I guess it's about time to spill the beans! We bought our first home with a loan that allows an old house to be remodeled how we wanted. RUN RUN dont do business with this group as they also do property management where they constantly invades your privacy with inspections every three months. My friend resides here and he pays rent per lease terms and today he brought a concern to one of the owners named Cole but Cole want concerned with my friends issue more so my friend advising he’ll seek legal action against them. DO NOT rent from these individuals as my son currently resides in a property where the property manager decided to dig through his belongings while completing an inspection. You have no privacy as they like to show you property every quarter to inspect:
