The honesty and customer service is lacking in the Customer Service Manager as well as Sales. I was lied to from the get-go and now stuck with a vehicle that I asked to be fixed from the brakes to a Mercedes B check-up that they claim they did but had no paperwork from Mercedes that it was done. Heard it was finally registered and ended up the van was registered in my personal name and not in the company as requested and paid for.
