Everyone from Cargill Chevrolet was wonderful to work. I have such a busy schedule and hardly anytime to spend at a dealership buying a new truck and they made my purchase so easy. We did everything electronically and they drove the truck to me and picked up my trade. Great price, great customer service, great truck! Very responsive, very accommodating! Happy Customer and love my new PRETTY BLUE CHEVY :) Highly Recommend!
Incompetent service department. Every time my 2022 Silverado has been there I have had to go back to get things fixed.
Our salesman, Moises, was great to work with. He even went out and got snacks and drinks for our kids to help with the wait time while we completed the purchase. Overall great experience!
This dealership has to have the most negligent and careless customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a used vehicle back in January with a warranty I was assured was the same coverage a new vehicle had. Their sales team was prompt in getting the sale and financing, as well as delivering and taking care of the registration, but that's where the convenience ended.
