Just went in for a diag. On a problem knowing good and well they don’t have any experienced technicians (or so it seems) basically had to diagnose it for them and give them the steps to find the problem as I do not have there fancy tools. After me not a technician or Chevy expert had to walk them through we found the issue which so happens to be a common Chevy issue.
