Mark Cargill handled my sons Social Security claim several years ago. At the time my son signed the contract, the SSI law said the claimant had to pay the lawyers fee. By the time my sons case went to the hearing, the law was changed and SSI paid the lawyers fee. My son was not advised of the change, so when he received a bill from Cargill he paid it.
