Poor Responsiveness for Sage Inquiries Despite multiple inquiries—including direct outreach to the Customer Success Director and CEO Nate Scott—I never received a response from Cargas Systems regarding Sage software. I subsequently contacted RKL eSolutions and had a much better experience with their responsiveness and professionalism.
