I can say it is the best service I have received in a long time. I would like to thank Jake from customer service because he solved all the details about my vehicle and my endless questions. The product has a great packaging and I can say that every point is of high quality. My car is a 2018 Volkswagen Golf and now I have brand new seats. I would definitely recommend it.

Unbelievable service from Jake. FedEx lost the original package and it took us a few months to resolve but Jake was with me step by step the whole way. The car seats are high quality and amazing value. Would highly recommend and will be back for my next set of car seats.
Ordered sweet plaid GTI seat covers for my 2024 GLI. Excellent quality. Only problem was that my car has fixed headrests in the back, and these seat covers were made for removable headrests (brand new car, fixed headrests didn't show in their computer system). Jake was AWESOME in addressing the issue and coming up with a solution that left me a happy customer. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with these guys again.
