DON'T TRUST THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! I've owned the car for less than a year Needed new calipers, rotars, rear CV shaft, and wheel hubs. They said they would fix the brakes but all the parts look the same as initial inspection. When replacing the spark plugs each of them were covered in oil Indicating a oil leak. The CD player doesn't work and the niether does the gas cap locking mechanism. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I had such a great experience at CarFlex Plus that I had to. Ahmad was awesome—super helpful, answered all my questions, and there was zero pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. The price was the best I could find anywhere, and the whole process was easy and comfortable from start to finish. I wanted to wait a few months before I gave a review so it was based on usage. I have been driving the vehicle for 3 months now and I am very happy with my purchase (knock on wood) it has been running perfectly with no problems to report. The brothers and partners were nothing but helpful, friendly and courteous. They dealt with the issues I had upon purchasing, and made sure I was happy with the Ford I bought.
