Carfix is an Excellent shop! John has been incredible, the work has been excellent. I have fully become a repeat customer (tho I hope I don’t have to see them That often- no offense lol!). I don’t have another vehicle and they have been able to fit me in and get me back on the road quickly with exceptional work at an excellent price. All around pleasant experience at the Garner location. Superb customer service by Max with excellent communication. He kept me posted on the repairs, the cost and estimated completion time. And a very thorough diagnosis of the Mini Cooper by Josh, who also effected the necessary repairs and performed the manufacturer's recommended services based on mileage, which is critical to maintaining the car's warranty. I've been a client of Carfix for the past few years and l've always been very pleased with their service, technicians and staff. They're knowledgeable, ethical, professional and friendly but today two technicians, Cliff & Ethan, blew me away with an issue l've been having. Went here while visiting my dad from out of state after my mom passed away from stage 4 cancer 6 days before. The people are friendly and the technicians are honest. I had what I assumed was a strut bearing making noise on a 16 year old vehicle that was recently given to me by my stepmom who also passed from cancer 3 months ago. A great experience. I got an oil change and an inspection done on my vehicle and spoke with John. John was extremely knowledgeable and helped breakdown some of the flagged items that I would need to have done. I would definitely recommend Carfix and John to anybody that needs to know what is going on with their vehicle or need services done but doesn’t want to overpay. Quality work and quality people.
