I had a light on in my car indicating something could be wrong with my battery. I called and they were able to look at my car within the hour. They called and explained what was wrong and asked me if I wanted to take action before charging me anything. I had them fix it after reviewing the problem with them, and they were able to complete it within a few hours. I had my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4 -Mastic that would not start. I worked with Carfix (Raleigh) and with Richard H who was extremely helpful. Richard was on top of this service from the first call providing timely updates from the car being brought to the shop and running diagnostics and next action. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. A great experience! I had to have my car towed from Fayetteville and dropped off at night. Kyle was very helpful in explaining the process and making sure we did not have any questions. He was prompt at calling in the morning to verify the issue with the car and creating an estimate. Great Experince!! --Today I took my old 2007 Lexus to Carfix in west Raleigh for repairs. The experience was excellent; the entire team is very professional and they took great care of me, especially Mr. Richard (Rich) Hamilton, who was exceptional. They offer good service, including a very helpful inspection report with detailed recommendations.
