I took my Car in due to it overheating. They did a very thorough inspection and called me promptly to explain the issues with my vehicle and what it would take to get my vehicle operating properly - This was roughly $2000 worth of work then two days later they call me and informed me oh just kidding. It’s going to be an extra $800. I felt I had no choice but to get the additional repairs complete so I agreed. A great experience! I had to have my car towed from Fayetteville and dropped off at night. Kyle was very helpful in explaining the process and making sure we did not have any questions. He was prompt at calling in the morning to verify the issue with the car and creating an estimate. Great experience. Dropping off my car was quick and easy. When they had finished up their diagnostics, the service rep walked me through the full report and explained each item thoroughly, then made recommendations and helped me prioritize. They were knowledgeable and transparent about everything, which is all I could ask for. It doesn't hurt that they have a 5 year warranty on all their work. Great Experince!! --Today I took my old 2007 Lexus to Carfix in west Raleigh for repairs. The experience was excellent; the entire team is very professional and they took great care of me, especially Mr. Richard (Rich) Hamilton, who was exceptional. They offer good service, including a very helpful inspection report with detailed recommendations.
