Best oil change price in Raleigh! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Carfix Auto Repair. We have an extended warranty on our personal vehicle but didn't have to call and ask whats covered and whats not since Carfix took care of it. Excellent customer service. They thoroughly inspected my Lexus and explained what needed fixing. I came in for an oil change and inspection initially and they went beyond to make sure my Lexus was safe. There was no pressure to repair anything immediately, but I received pricing for future repairs if I choose to proceed. They also took pictures to show the wear. I used to love coming to Car Fix, but my past two experiences have been terrible. Please do yourself a favor and ignore the good reviews, as things have changed and they cannot be trusted anymore! A while back I came in for a front headlight bulb replacement. It is something I can do myself, but I had enjoyed working with Steven from CarFix in the past and figured it would be easier to just let them handle it. Carfix helped me with a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. Max and Elliot were very professional and kind while explaining the findings to me and talking me through the documents and the pros and cons of the vehicle. I was charged a slightly higher price than I was quoted on the phone and it was on the higher end of other places I called around about PPIs, but I was ok with it, since they were so thorough and nice. I spoke with this company about what I thought was a quick fix for my car. They quoted me $700 and when I said I was getting a second opinion I got attitude. I ended up going to another shop and getting my tires fixed for $100. I wish there was a little more transparency through the process as I felt I was lead a certain way.
