North West St. Location Working with Kit and Ron was a pleasant experience. They provide you with all of the information you need about any necessary repairs and they openly answered all of the questions I had about how cars work. I am so glad I came across Carfix in downtown Raleigh. It’s hard to find a car repair shop you can trust, especially as a woman with little knowledge on cars (I’ve been burned by other shops in the past). I went there last month to get my BMW repaired. The engine light was on and I wanted to get it checked out. After many hours they finally tell me there are many issues but they said they know what is causing the engine light problem. I told them I only wanted it fixed so I could pass inspection, I wanted the bare minimum done because I was going to sell the car anyway. Been coming to the original location for almost a decade. Started coming to this Raleigh location the last couple years. They have vast experience with different types of vehicles. They done my C5 Corvette all the way to my wife's Honda Odyssey. What makes Carfix different is they are locally owned and operated. They have great staff especially Ron and Kit at the counter.
