I was so impressed with the service! I came in with some known concerns as well as needing a more general workup on the car for maintenance. I was supported and informed every step of the way. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was given full explanations and as well as a detailed digital report with photos of any work they recommended, how urgent it was or wasn’t, and an expectation of pricing. Elliot was so nice and helpful, I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with this auto shop. It was suggested to me by my sister. Elliott provides excellent customer service and was very straightforward about my car. Even when an unforeseen situation came up, he was honest and fair about the issue, which I really appreciated. He took responsibility in a way that could have easily cost me more money otherwise. I was also able to bring my car back later when my schedule allowed, which was convenient. I definitely recommend this company to my family and friends! ~Tammy

Never thought I'd review a car repair place but this one warrants it. They embrace technology and make it so easy to book and send detailed reports with pictures for every service or issue they see which is helpful if you need to research or get a second opinion. Very transparent and honest about what you need and what can wait and are great at educating you if you're not car savvy. I had an amazing experience thanks to Elliott’s outstanding customer service. Even though the repairs ended up costing more than what my car is worth, he took the time to be very detailed and made sure I fully understood everything. I wanted to be upset because of the cost, but Elliott’s patience, professionalism, and kindness completely shifted my experience. He truly went above and beyond, and because of him I would definitely return and refer others to this place.

Have gone to this place for roughly a year for oil changes and have always gotten great service, an uber to and from my house, and a long print out documenting the issues with my car, which helps me learn how to troubleshoot my vehicle and understand what they are doing. However, when getting an inspection and actual work done, this location was not prepared well enough to provide this service.
