Tim and Kit did a great job! They went over every part of my car and sent me a detailed list with all the info. They also explained what needed to be replaced and why, while understanding that I wanted to delay some of my preventative maintenance since I had to pay for new tires. Kit also was able to get me one of the discounts I saw on their website after dropping my car off which was super helpful! Tim and Kit did a fabulous job with a car I recently had repaired in their shop. I had been to another mechanic that had quoted me repairs doubling the value of the car. I wanted to get a second opinion as I felt like maybe the mechanic I initially took my vehicle to was not being honest. My wife found Carfix through a friend so I took it the car to them. Carfix is the best at what they do, no doubt. The best techs, the best customer service, best ownership. They truly roll out the red carpet for their customers and I am beyond grateful for how they have helped my family and me with replacing a water pump on my vehicle and getting my tires back on the road. Had my car in the shop at 9, had a new, clean loaner for the duration of my repair shortly after. I highly recommend ANYONE needing car or tire repairs to patronize this incredible business. Was recommended by a friend and have been having my oil light flash on/off at me inconsistently, (previously got an oil change done elsewhere after moving to the area who I had thought would be reliable because they were a bigger name). Had no other issues prior to this ‘low oil level’ warning in the entirety of owning the vehicle of this certain issue, (consistently changed oil and topped off fluid regularly).
