I have never left a negative review before but felt the need this one deserved it with our experience and treatment. Carfitusa was the worst choice ever. Horrible Customer Service. Zero communication, awful service, will never do business with again. WORST experience ever. Threw away our personal belongings, did a horrible "job" if you even want to call it that. This is my experience: unfortunately the new employee at their location stole money from my vehicle. When the employee was confronted he confessed and was fired...unfortunately the vehicle had a horrible detailing job… Because there was no detail. It was a rush job and the ownership takes a little responsibility for this issue.I suggest you can save a lot of money and go elsewhere. I have the pictures to prove how the vehicle was returned.
