Service representative Zanfra and the service team did an excellent job in getting our Chevy Equinox EV inspected and they took care of two recalls. My wife and I were kept informed on progress and were notified as soon as it was ready so we could take advantage of making other appointments earlier. They also provided a video of parts of the servicing, which we enjoyed.
