Carey did my bathroom cabinets some time ago and did a great job although I had to call him 100 times just to get a response and to finally get him to work.. I recently had him come out to look at 4 of my closets and he promised me he would get back to me, and again he dosen't communicate.. I've left voicemails and numerous text messages with no response. It's been 3 weeks since he came out..Bottom line if your looking for work to get done in a timely manner he is not your guy.. Communication is key. Ill take my business els... read more
Carey was very attentive to emails and text messages to come and give a bid. Bid was even done on the weekend. The problem came when I didn't hear back from him. I emailed him and said I understand if he simply cannot fit the job in his schedule, just let me know. No response at all. I wanted a quote on stripping and painting cabinets or replacement and new countertops. Smaller kitchen, so I'm guessing that if you don't have a big job he is not interested.
Guy is nice, he came in did an estimate and said he would give an estimate that night (2-12-2016). I explained that it was work on a home I was looking to sell and time was of the essence. I never heard from the guy again. I called and text several times. I left messages saying, "if you can't do the work for whatever reason PLEASE just call/ text to let me know so that I don't waste time". Guy never called back. It's now Monday the 15th.
