Tom’s incredible. We’ve used him for years and you can’t beat his service.
Just the worst! We used him for a refile. It’s been pending for almost a year! We have called over 5 times, sent 10+ emails and still nothing! They just don’t respond. I’m going to the office and filing a BBB complaint.
We are disgusted with this office had no problems with them till this year and last that front desk person has no idea what is going on there and there is no communication we have tried contacting the office since May 5th and have yet to hear one repsonse back
Absolutely love working with this team, they are very reputable and dependable when it comes to doing our taxes.
