Horrible service, never calls you back.
We use them for are hoa. We have been told there busy and have better things to do. Also they sent me a check and three days later they canceled the check causing not only me in hundreds of fees bout also put of the needed repairs do to having wrong roof vents. Do not go here they will blow you off and bounce checks on you. Not to mention how rude the front desk people are. We are looking into a lawyer to stop them from doing business
We have been going to Carey Financial for almost 10 years. Last year we had some issues but this year will be our last last year here. The ladies at the desk are beyond rude. We had a death in the family this year and had to have estate taxes competed. They were not only rude about us asking questions as we never did taxes for a dead relative before but they went as far as to say “we don’t have time for this”.
