I wish no star was an option. Whomever answers the phone is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever spoke with. And it wasn’t just a bad day. I called yesterday to ask a question and she was rude and called back today and she was extremely rude to both my husband and myself. Wow, just wow! I’m in sales and customer service is paramount to business ethics. I will take my hard earned money and business elsewhere. Do not do business here!
