Bryce was a top-notch Hydronic Technician. Not only was he fair and genuine in offering the different levels of services provided, he showed to be a master of his craft fixing the mistakes of the previous group leaving me with a much better overall product when his service was done. I plan to use his abilities in the future for my next large projects involving his specialty.

Totally bad experience with Mike and his team staff. I paid him in advance money for work but he didn't provide me any service yet. I text to him on his whatsapp but he threats me and rude with me. Now Mike block me from all contacts and not provide me drain cleaning service.

I called Mike to pool plumbing repair for me. He asked for an advance payment, so I paid him in advance. After that, he gave me a deadline for the work, but he did not start or deliver the work on time. I called him to ask when he would do the work and provide the pool plumbing repair , but he did not respond. Later, he blocked me.

Mike and his team staff was unprofessional. They proved through their work that they are unprofessional. The outdoor plumbing repair was very disappointing. The work was poorly done, with visible leaks appearing just days after the repair. Materials used seemed low quality, and the area was left messy with debris scattered around. Communication was also lacking, as updates were delayed and concerns were not properly addressed. They proved through their work that they are truly unprofessional and worthless team in Texas. I hired this plumbing service for a pipe repair and was extremely disappointed. The technician arrived late, seemed unprepared, and misdiagnosed the problem. After the repair, the leak returned within hours, causing more damage. Communication was poor, follow-ups were ignored, and the final bill was higher than quoted with no explanation.
