Was having problems with what I thought might be tree roots. The toilet was leaking around the base and the water kept running very slowly after the tank was refilled. Mo came over on October 27th, pulled the toilet out, then explained there was no tree roots causing the problem. He proceeded to replace the fill valve, the flapper, and install a new seal.
