But in apartments, the whole building NEEDS TO BE DONE AT ONCE! doing each apartment for 800.00$ usd is a rip off if you won't spray inside the outlets, back in the walls. You can't fix everything, but for that price, Ms. Carey, I would try. She spends less than 5 mins. In each apartment but charges 800 just the same.
