It was early Saturday on May 13th, 2026, I arrived with a pressing dilemma, a document very important insuance document the thought has slipped into the inner parts of the console. I recently brought my 2015 Honda Civic in for an oil change, and I left very disappointed with the quality of service. I chose this dealership expecting a higher level of professionalism, but that wasn’t my experience. After the service, there were oil stains left on the hood and surrounding panels, which shows a lack of care and attention to detail. Update 9/2025 - FIND YOURSELF A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC. Mostly have had oil changes and scheduled maintenance . Last scheduled maintenance was for a timing belt. It took 4 days as they had to order a part to remove a bolt. Ok. But when we received the car back, after they supposedly test drove it, it had a scraping and metal noise on left front tire.
