I usually go to the Honda dealership in Duluth but since I moved to Loganville this was closer. I waited almost 20 mins to be seen, when I got out my car that’s when they wanted to greet me. I had a scheduled appointment and they told me my person wasn’t here. So I’m asking them does this mean I can’t get my scheduled service done? They finally checked me in. I just feel as if Duluth Honda is WAY more professional than this. They are more friendly and efficiant. I will just make the drive where my money and time matters.
