My private flight was about 1-1/2 hours late. I told company to advise Carey of new time landing. Without asking for MY CONSENT, Carey told the driver to wait. Without informing me, Carey CHARGED my credit card $300 extra for wait time This is NOT proper business procedure for any DECENT company and a trash way of doing business.
