Used Carey recently on a business trip to/from Boston Logan and around town with colleagues. Service, drivers and vehicles were top-notch. Driver Joel was especially accommodating on a day of multiple stops for 5 adults in the rain before getting us back to the airport!
I’ve been using Carey for my work trips for years and have had only great experiences! My most recent trip tonight was with Juan, who has been the best ride yet. He was so kind and compassionate. The conversation was wonderful, as was his driving and attention to my comfort. I hope Juan’s boss sees this and knows what a gem of a human they have! All of my Carey rides have been on time and very professional.
International customer service is very unprofessional. I will make sure NO ONE in my company uses Carey every again if i have anything to say about it. Charged for a no call no show and we weren't at fault
I have been using Carey since the 90’s when I traveled on IPO roadshows. They’re very professional and dependable. Clean nice cars. I highly recommend them.
I was quoted a decent price for my son's prom. I requested a pick up to and from the prom! I requested a luxury sedan Mercedes. The Saturday before the prom I was called saying the Mercedes was unavailable and I had to get a Cadillac but would still try to get the Mercedes. I called back on Monday to see if they were able to get the Mercedes and was told by the as a matter of factly rude associate that I was getting a Cadillac.
