A Corporation Recently arranged for me to be collected from LAX. The youngish driver, was wearing a scruffy, wrinkled baggy shirt that looked like it just came out of a dryer, and baggy low hanging pants. While I was waiting for my luggage, they had called to say that they were still looking for somewhere to park. The driver was late picking us up from LAX and did not meet us in the baggage claim area. I had to call multiple times to locate the driver who was parked in a remote area at LAX. Appeared unconcerned that he was 1.5 hours late. The air conditioner was malfunctioning, and the temperature in the Sprinter Van was 91 degrees F. Multiple complaints resulted in no resolution. Good service and nice drivers professional and right on time very clean cars and drivers are very helpful always use them.

It’s been brought to my attention that Carey international under pay and over work their drivers for minimum wage . They charge us high prices but pay their drivers 16.00 and make them work 14 hour days . I will never get a ride from them again. And my drivers didn’t meet me inside the airport as I requested.
