Since pandemic, they’re hard to book
Glenn was on time (early), professional and friendly.
Driver showed up to the wrong airport. I called dispatch and was sent to a voicemail. Left message for someone to call me or I would have to take a taxi to my meeting. After I waited and didn’t receive a call back, I cancelled the reservation and took a taxi from O’Hare airport. Received the cancellation confirmation in the taxi. A short time later I received a charge from Carey for $170 (the taxi cost $50 including the tip). Called Carey to dispute the charge. Carey limousine is a disgusting Transportation broker who luckily will be out of business. They do not pay their drivers they are fraudulent business watermelon industry-wide as a joke by people who actually provide the services
