I go to the Hilliards on Skidaway DAILY for their $1 sweet tea special. When I dine in I purchase either the fried shrimp dinner or the BBQ sandwich with a side order of thin and crispy onion rings. DELICIOUS 😋
Great onion rings and the flounder was amazing.
Wooof. We had a trainee server but the “experienced” servers were worse. Orders were delivered incorrectly and some of us were half done before the last order came out. One of the servers asked us to collect our trash for her and she proceeded to pick up napkins that we were currently using (leaving us without napkins). The smoked / fried chicken I had was dry. House salad with Salmon is usually my go- to and never really disappoints, although I have had a few times when the lettuce wasn't as fresh. I've tried the fried flounder but definitely NOT a fan... Hushpuppies are really good. Service is consistently good and the atmosphere is very family friendly
This is a gem in Savannah. The food was great! Tastes like home cooking. I took pictures after starting eating. I could not wait!
